After Louisiana residents lose their homes, family members, ability to work, and general ability to live, this guy decides to loot their beer also.
It looks like the bucketful wasn’t enough…, he has room for one more in the back pocket.

In such an environment, nobody is thinking about common sense.
Reminds me of the guy one of our local Houston reporters found stealing stuff. The reporter asked him if he it was wrong to steal the guy. The jerk basically said he had a right to do it. Just another example of a real stand up guy. Stand up to see what else he can steal that is.
yeah...your right, every survival kit should have water, band-aids, pain medicine, canned foods, flashlights, and BUCKETS FULL OF BEER.
